Everything you need to know about using crisismentalhelp.com.

Before ordering a consultation, you are welcome to read:

How does our website work?

1 Sign up following a simple process: Select the Registration button and follow the instructions. Enter your name, e-mail address and password. Read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions. For security reasons, our therapists do not have access to your email address, they only see the name you provided during registration. Once you have completed the registration process, you will be able to enter your user profile, where you will communicate with your therapist via secure and anonymous messages, check the date of the next meeting in the calendar, access the list of your completed therapeutic appointments. If you have decided on online psychotherapy, you will be able to have a video consultation with your chosen therapist via a secure connection on the website. Registration allows you to receive e-mail reminders before the meeting and prepare for therapy in time.
2 You can access the list of therapists on the link "Our specialists". If you click on the "More" button, you can see a description of the therapist's competencies and psychotherapeutic or psychological approach. When you want to get in touch with the therapist, click the "Book an appointment" button. When you send your first message requesting an introductory meeting, you will receive a therapist's response within 48 hours (during working days). If you need help choosing a psychotherapist, we can help you. Contact us at +386 41 55 82 82 or send us an e-mail at crisismentalhelp@gmail.com.
3 You can meet with a psychotherapist in person or via video consultation. If you arrange a meeting via video consultation, you will need:
  • a computer with a camera (built-in or installed), tablet or smartphone
  • standard speed internet connection.
Before starting the video consultation, check whether:
  • your internet connection is working,
  • your microphone and speakers are working,
  • you have a safe and quiet space where no one will disturb you and wait for the therapist's video call.
4 If you cannot attend the appointment, notify your absence in time, which you can do via messages on the crisismentalhelp.com.
